About Us

International Communication Learning Institute (ICLI) was organized in 1982 as a non-profit organization designed to help people who don’t fit the “educational norm.” It is largely funded by organizations such as the Telephone Pioneers of America, Sertoma Clubs, and other generous clubs and individuals. ICLI is operated by a group of dedicated volunteer professionals.
